Mohamed Ameen H. Mubasheri

A senior Dubai Government civil servant, Mohamed Ameen is well known in the region as Senior Chief Notary Public at the Department of Justice in Dubai and has recently been selected as Head of Civil Cases at Dubai Court. Mohamed has successfully designed, implemented and managed an entirely modern process of Notarial activities for the business community in Dubai - an integral part of business establishment in the region. His connections at a senior level within all Government departments and Ministries greatly assist the Links Group in navigating the bureaucratic maze!
Having graduated in Law from the University of Beirut in 1991, Mohamed returned to Dubai to join the Notary Public department of Dubai Courts, where he has remained since his elevation to the senior post which he has held since 1999.
Mohamed graciously accepted the invitation to chair the Links Group in late 2002.
Nolan Furtado

Nolan has been with Links since early 2006 and has recently become finance director and a board member. He has an impressive career history in high level finance positions, most recently as finance manager for Coca-Cola India. After 5 years with Coca-Cola, Nolan and his family relocated to Dubai and have been in the UAE since 2003. Nolan has a no nonsense approach, unparalleled attention to detail and runs a highly skilled and dedicated team.
John Martin St. Valery

Having established Links Group in 2002 John has spearheaded the growth of a Partnership in to the corporate structure that now exists. Ten years living and working in the UAE has given John a unique and unrivalled insight into the commercial activity in this rapidly developing country.
A prior career encompassing senior management roles with Citibank and Kodak was preceded by an eight year period with the Metropolitan Police in London.
Married with two teenage children John and his family are firmly committed to the region.
Julie K Irving

Julie brings to Links Group an impressive experience record of initiating operational, cultural and commercial change to global companies. Following a main board level directorship with a major international airline, Julie relocated to Dubai in 2002 as Managing Director of an airline supply company. After successful completion of the re-engineering of the Middle East operation Julie formed her own consultancy focusing on small to medium business enterprises in the Middle East. Initially a consultant to Links, she is now chief operating officer and is dedicated to driving the group to a new level of operational excellence.
